  1. What an awesome first week I had as part of the Biggest Loser Program. I’ve found myself wanting to stand straighter. We are exercising a full hour and each time is different. I can tell already from one week that the exercises are making a difference. Hiliary is great. You think she’s not watching you, but she is. I was using a couple of the machines incorrectly, and she noticed and promptly corrected me. Everyone is excited and fully committed. What an incredible group of people to exercise with. Thanks for the t-shirts. Looking forward to the second week.

  2. Hi, I love the new equipment. I can do up to 30 min. on the ellipylcal and 10 min. on the new equipment, and get A great work out. I think that the new equipment should stay. It adds A lot to the Gym. Thank You.
